Morro Bay Cannabis Delivery Service & Dispensary
Located on Hwy 1, the Pacific Coast Highway, just north of San Luis Obispo, lies a gem of a town. Morro Bay and Los Osos are nestled along the coast and have a lot to offer its residents and visitors.
While smoking your favorite strain of flower, be it indica, sativa or a mellow hybrid, you should definitely check out Morro Bay’s most well-known landmark, Morro Rock. It’s a 576-foot-high volcanic plug that serves as a Peregrine Falcon Reserve and was recognized as a historical landmark in 1968. While you can’t climb the rock, the base can be explored.
Enjoy some edibles along the Embarcadero, where there are hotels, shops and restaurants with excellent views of Morro Rock and the Bay.
Morro Bay State park is chock full of lagoons, trails and marshes full of many species of birds. Throw back some cannabis beverages or try the capsules and tablets while you check out the ecological variety and richness in the area.
If Art is more your style, you’ll love the various galleries around the Bay area: Arteffects Gallery, by the Bay Gallery, David J Rogers Fine Art Gallery, Full Moon Studio and Gallery, Gallery at Marina Square and Garden Gallery are just a few to mention.
Not to mention that a fairly short drive away you’ll come upon Hearst Castle, most recently notable for Lady GaGa filming a music video on location there.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t suggest a visit to Montana De Oro State Park in Los Osos. Make sure you’ve got plenty of digital space for all the photos you’ll be taking, especially if you go around sunset!
Fun fact: Morro Bay is the primary setting for the 2016 Pixar film, ‘Finding Dory’, as Morro Bay was Dory’s childhood home.
Parks are in no short supply for sure! Nearby there is Anchor Memorial Park, Bayshore Bluffs Park, Centennial Parkway, City Park, Lila Keiser Park, Tidelands Park North Point, Morro Rock Jetty Beach, Coleman Park and Del Mar Park. And if you’ve got pups with you, definitely check out Toro Creek Dog Beach in Morro Bay!
If you like to take a big hit of sativa and have some adventures or get physical, there’s plenty of options for you as well. The Paddleboard Company can get you in the water in no time. Morro Rock Surf Shop can get you geared up for a day of surfing, while Beachfront Kites, Surreys & more can outfit the family for the day! Cal Coast Adventures of the Central Coast can hook you up with bike rentals, surfing lessons and even electric bike tours of the gorgeous surroundings. Nothing better than getting a nice energetic Sativa head-high and then hitting up Central Coast Outdoors for a wide variety of options when it comes to Kayaking, Biking, and Hiking; from guided to solo, or a full day or half day they’ve got you covered.
Now when it comes to what to eat, your head may start swimming from all the choices available. Whether you want to grab a quick bite at Beach Burger and vape or smoke a little before sitting down for a nice meal at Dutchman’s Seafood House, you won’t go home hungry!
There’s no shortage of fresh seafood from the fish market but don’t think it’s all seafood. Morro Bay has some great Mexican restaurants like Lolo’s Mexican Food, Mi Casa Restaurante Mexicano, or Taco Temple. You’ll also find Thai, Americana, and more to choose from.
In short, Morro Bay’s got good times, good food, good people and good smoke!
